On the eve of the march of political and social forces confirmed this Saturday, November 13 in Kinshasa, the rapporteur of the National Assembly, Lembi Libula, through a press release reached POLITICO.CD this Friday, November 12 in the evening, invited the national deputies not to drive their Palissade brand jeeps.

According to the rapporteur of the National Assembly, this measure is taken for security reasons.

“For security reasons, deputies are asked not to drive with the jeep, brand Palisade, this Saturday, November 13, 2021”, wrote the rapporteur of the lower house of Parliament.
It should be recalled that the governor of Kinshasa has, at the end of a working session which took place this Friday, November 12 with Jeef Pambi Mabudiga, National Secretary MILAPRO and Jean-Bosco Lalo Pkasha, President CALCC of the patriotic bloc ( PPRD, Nouvel Élan, ECIDé, ECT, MILAPRO / ECC and CALCC / CENCO), authorized this walk.
These movements demand the depoliticization of the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI), consensual electoral reforms and denounce the “irregular” establishment of the CENI office.
